I placed an order online to buy 3 different pairs of shoes. They arrived very quickly in the mail. Each pair of shoes was exactly as pictured on the website. They’re incredibly pretty and comfortable, also. I broke my ankle as a child and have a lot of trouble finding comfortable shoes as a result. I can’t believe I didn’t experience any pain or blisters even before breaking them in. I’ve also never been complimented for my shoes before but a kind woman stoped me to ask where I got my winter boots from. I love Kohls!
I am so disappointed in the service I received yesterday. Not accepting my 30% coupon which is not expired. She would not get a manager for me. I waited on a long line.
