Best airline for me, i find the negative reviews a little too far, although I agree that once things are booked, customer service can be a little on the lower side, but everything else is super high quality, and they are reasonable in most cases.
I am a platinum member, and they have constantly extended by membership this year as i have been unwell and unable to travel as i used to, and am so grateful for them to do that. The covid year was spent traveling whilst most were locked in, it was very tough being away from family during those days.
