I have had BMO checking , credit card, and money market access for 4 months and had more trouble with all than any previous banks over the past 50 years. Their credit card was always rejected due to fraud alerts. I get calls 1-2x daily about debit card fraud. I am on my third credit card and second debit because they shut them down constantly. I tore up the credit card because it was worthless...I am going back to Capital One Venture. Venture card the past 15 years without any of these problems. BMO phone staff are condescending and want me to give them my PIN over the way. I reported all of this to my local branch and they are nice, but cannot help me.
