How do I sign up for Boost Mobile?

Visit the Boost Mobile website at: boostmobile.com or visit their login page directly at : myaccount.boostmobile.com/sign-in.html
If you have already account, than enter your Phone Number and Pin and login in to Boost Mobile.

Forget my account PIN?

There are several ways you can retrieve your account PIN.

Open the My Boost app on your handset.
If you are automatically logged in, you will need to log out to access the Forgot PIN link.
Once logged out, you will be brought to the log in page. Click the Forgot PIN Link.
Enter your Boost Phone Number.
They will send you a text message with your PIN to your handset.

You can also have your account PIN sent to your Boost Mobile phone via a text message when using the automated phone system.

Dial 611 from your Boost Mobile phone.
Confirm that you’re calling about your Boost phone number, and you’ll then hear the automated system’s Main Menu.
From the Main Menu, choose “To locate a store, or Anything Else, press 5”.
At the next menu, choose “Forgot your PIN and want to have it sent to you, press 5”.
The automated phone system will send your PIN to your handset via a text message.
You will hear a confirmation message that says, “You will receive a free text message shortly with the account PIN that we have on file for you.”
Hang up.

Service is okay, but trying to transfer service into or out of Boost is a huge pain, especially for those who were force migrated from another Sprint MVNO. Getting a port out pin is very time consumptive and cannot be done without speaking with a representative trying to push the $25 plan on you.

I have never in my life had the worst customer service in my life . I get an email says I have a 50 credit to use toward my bill. When my bill is due they turn me off I litterly first went to a boost store they said we can't help you call them I call them waited I swear an hour and twenty seven mins then I get an age t who asked me a bunch of things for 45 more mins then told me she was transferring me over to the dept that can credit my account put me on hold again for 58 mins then it hung up on me. I call back they are closed ! The service sucks can't get anyone who knows anything ever it's a joke!! Don't waste your money !
