I paid$300 in fees to not get support. Not having a peace of mind, a rude tax pro. No one will help me. Horrible service.
I filed my 2019 return in late January 2020, by filing early, one of the required W2s was missing, I took the W2 to HR Block in late Spring 2020, shortly subsequent receiving it for an amended return. It appears HR block only completed the paperwork when I filed my 2020 return, thus I ended up owing the IRS over $2000.00 in penalties and fees. My State return was also prepared incorrectly, which lead to me owing an additional 1200.00. I've used HR block service over 20 years, I can only hope they will work with me to right this wrong. I accept my share of responsibility for allowing such an important matter fall through the cracks, but with what HR block charge for their service, it seems to reason they had an obligation to write and call me and follow-up two or three times to keep this on my radar, that should have been apart of their customer service commitment.
First time using H & R Block Tax preparer. Have a problem with my 2020 tax return conpleted by their tax preparer.
