I ordered a refrigerator and stove from Home Depot in Knoxville, Tennessee in November 2023. The stove was delivered damaged, so Home Depot made arrangements for a replacement stove. Jason and Brandon delivered the second stove. I had a new water supply line installed a few days before the delivery. Unfortunately, it had rained all day, both Saturday and Sunday prior to the delivery. Mud was everywhere including the path to the front door. Both Jason and Brandon were very conscientious and concerned about dragging mud into my house, so they took their shoes off at the door. The entire exchange process was very smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to buy appliances from Home Depot in the future.
