I used my Ticketmaster app for my mobile tickets and it worked great! I had originally added them to my iPhone wallet but had an automatic (unplanned, happened while charging the phone) software update that voided them because I had to get a new Apple ID. So happy the Ticketmaster app worked so well!

Minus stars rating - I’ve been calling the only listed number for 10 days only to get a message saying no support available to email them - just auto replies to emails and chats don’t go through. Hard to believe a massive co. Could operate like this

I have been waiting since April for a refund for dude perfect. I have tried contacting you through email and chat. I haven’t received a response. I also tried calling and it say to email or our chat is Available. When I click on the chat no one is ever available . Your customer service isn’t good at all.
