If your Medicare card was lost, stolen, or destroyed, you can ask for a replacement by using your online my Fidelity account.

If you are planning on using them , then I wish you the best of luck getting your funds out. They are very keen on getting you to put in but never take out. Be cautious or rather go for more reliable options like "TreasureFunding" they seem to be far more efficient and reliable with their returns being decent and consistent.
