FAQs

Is JetBlue a US airline?
JetBlue Airways Corporation, stylized as jetBlue, is a United States low-cost airline headquartered in the Long Island City neighborhood of the New York City borough of Queens. It also maintains corporate offices in Utah and Florida.

Is JetBlue a good or bad airline?
“JetBlue earned the title no airline wants — worst performing U.S. carrier — because it posted relatively poor numbers in nearly every category,” The Wall Street Journal wrote. JetBlue scored ninth in the categories of extreme delays and two-hour tarmac delays, and eighth in on-time arrivals and canceled flights.

Is JetBlue a cheap airline?
JetBlue started as a low-cost carrier and continues to put downward pressure on prices in the markets it serves. Although it’s no longer a discount airline, it offers regular sales with one-way fares as low as $59.

What is special about JetBlue?
JetBlue keeps you connected with fast, free Fly-Fi (that’s our high-speed gate-to-gate wi-fi) at every seat, on every plane. Up to 7” more legroom, the fast lane to TSA, and priority boarding—all the better to nab that overhead bin.

JetBlue lost my bag - I traveled for 10 days for pleasure , work and a formal wedding . They don't pay for jewelry or electronics and require proof of every undergarment, dress, shoe , workout gear, jeans, t shirts , makeup and the large suitcase to pay out and I have spend hours chasing and begging them .
