You need to have an Online Banking account to receive email and text alerts about your accounts. Once you’ve signed on to your Online Banking account, follow the prompts to set up Email and Text Alerts.

Yes. Below your payee list, click on, “Want to make more payments at a time?” When you select this option, it will become your default view.
Can I edit, cancel or delete a pending payment or transfer?
Yes. In Online Banking, upcoming activity is displayed in the account details page of each account. Select the payment to edit or delete it. Scheduled payments can also be canceled from the mobile app by selecting the + button and Activity icon. Select the payment you wish to cancel in the Bill Payments menu.

This bank is worthless. I tried to deposit my payroll check as it was paper due to it being a new account. I didn't have any access to MY MONEY until the following day. I didn't have a back card as it again was a new account. I hate this bank and i hope is goes under. Stupid rules and who are you to tell me that I can't have access to my money. Worst bank ever!!!
