Can I return an Amazon item at Kohl’s?
Customers can now visit their local Kohl’s store to return eligible Amazon items, without a box or label, for a free return. Kohl’s packages and sends returned items to Amazon returns centers on behalf of customers. It’s free, convenient and available to everyone just in time for back-to-school.
Can I cancel my Kohls order?
While logged in to your Kohls.com shopping profile, click View Recent Orders. Find the order you wish to cancel from the list of recent orders and click “Manage Order”. Click the “Cancel Order” button. Verify the order has been canceled.
What gift cards are available at Kohl’s?

What is Kohl’s return policy?
Kohls Return Policy allows for purchased items to be returned within 180 days of purchase and extends to all Kohl’s merchandise with the exception of premium electronics. I placed an order online to buy 3 different pairs of shoes. They arrived very quickly in the mail. Each pair of shoes was exactly as pictured on the website. They’re incredibly pretty and comfortable, also. I broke my ankle as a child and have a lot of trouble finding comfortable shoes as a result. I can’t believe I didn’t experience any pain or blisters even before breaking them in. I’ve also never been complimented for my shoes before but a kind woman stoped me to ask where I got my winter boots from. I love Kohls!
I am so disappointed in the service I received yesterday. Not accepting my 30% coupon which is not expired. She would not get a manager for me. I waited on a long line.
