It would help to have more than one person working the entire lab. It would also be nice to have a real person answer the phone instead of a recording. I was told the lab would be open on Friday, the day of Thanksgiving. I left my family early from our holiday get-together to get to the lab before my next chemo and they were closed. This was after I called and finally got a hold of a live person in the billing dept. who told me they would be open on Friday.
