Flight was cancelled a day before without a reason. It was then impossible to get through to a useful human and instead relied on the BOT to rebook my flights which kept having technical difficulties. Eventually, the flight was rebooked and then Lufthansa refunded the expenses I incurred - but they didn't refund the flight which I think they should do. The lack of customer service is worse than the flight being cancelled.
