FAQs

Is NET10 being discontinued?
Now that NET10 is part of Verizon, how does this affect me? Your current NET10 Service Plan will remain available for use on VoLTE-ready phones at least until Nov. 23, 2024. You will continue to enjoy your wireless service and do not need to take any action until we notify you.

Are NET10 and Tracfone the same company?
Tracfone and Net10 are both owned by the same company. Their support is provided by the same customer service people and comes from the same support centers. They both use the same sim cards. Their new sim cards can be used in any gsm phone for either Tracfone or Net10.

What will happen to TracFone in 2024?
Remember that on the last day of November 2024 those with a non Verizon AT&T or T-Mobile BYOP phone that isn’t Verizon compliant will be receiving a free phone from TracFone as it is in the Verizon – FCC TracFone buyout terms. Suppose how many customers that will be of the current 8 million TracFone customers?

Can I put my Net10 SIM card in a different phone?
Yes. With our SIM cards, you can use any compatible T-Mobile or unblocked GSM phone.

Hopefully, We helped you to get some genuine customer service numbers for Net10 .
