How To Cancel Your Hotel, Flight, Rental Car, or Package Reservation
Option 1: Self Service
- If you have a Priceline account, log into My Trips.
- If you do not have a Priceline account, use Find My Trips.
- Click on “View/Cancel Itinerary” next to the reservation you want to cancel.
- Look for a “cancel” link within your reservation page and read the policies associated with a cancellation. If you’re satisfied with those options, click the “cancel” link.
- You should receive an email confirming when we have cancelled your booking. That email may not include an update on your refund/credit request. When we have processed that request, we will again notify you.
