I WAS a 5 year customer. I received a “Congratulations you’ve reached diamond status” postcard. At the same time I received a renewal notice advising me that my rate would go up OVER $100 a MONTH. Upon calling I was informed that Maryland “approved” the raising of rates for my “zip code area” and that the raise was due to the “cost of living increase”. I’ve obviously since moved away from them to an older, more established and now cheaper company that previously was more expensive. I’d advise you not to be drawn in to their supposed cheaper rate option because every 6 months when their renewal letter goes out, the rates always go up just a little, until now when they tried this latest unbelievable increase of over $100 a month. Their CEO makes $12.5 mil a year (92% of that being bonuses) and she owns $108.9 mil worth of stocks. They’ve become greedy, only worrying about their bottom line. Don’t waste your time by giving them more money.
