Terrible service. I went into the store anticipating it would be faster than phoning in. They wanted my phone number and photo ID . . . No problem. Then they NEEDED my postal code! What the heck? I have no idea what my postal code from 10 years ago was (when I first became a customer). There was no way around this. They could not pull up my account without a postal code! How stupid can things be?? So they gave me at phone number. An HOUR later I hung up. Going on line is pointless as their virtual assistant is useless. Once I am able to eventually get through I will be canceling my account. Terrible service!
