What is the return/refund policy for Marketplace orders?
The Safeway refund policy applies to all Marketplace orders. If you need to request a refund, please contact Safeway Customer Service for assistance. We do not accept in-store returns for Marketplace items.
What payments are accepted on Marketplace?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and most bank-issued debit cards. Right now, we don’t accept SNAP EBT/EBT Cash, Cash, our gift cards, Safeway Pay, COA, personal checks and other charge accounts.
Can I make changes to my online order?
Yes, within a certain time frame after placing your order. Sign in and click “Orders” in the drop-down next to your name at the top of the page to edit or cancel your order. Items in your order and updating your delivery or pickup date and time may only be edited on the same day your order is placed.

Orting safeway still going down the tubes. High.school kids have taken over the parking lot sontheres no place to park during the day. They obviously prefer to have kids cars and.litter from them all over the place instead of cuatomers in their store. This is also a dangerous place for when those nasty slob kids get out of 'school' they race through the parking lot. Lazy arrogant Orting police wont do anything about it..It's too bad someone has to get killed at safeway before they address the problem. Well who's gonna die? lets wait and see. Avoid the place.
