I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile around 8 years ago because Verizon customer service was horrid.

I've never had a problem with them until recently, they refused our jump status which we pay for because we didn't want to pay more for the new plan. So therefore what I'm paying for is bull!!!!
Then I got the Internet tower and they stated that price would not go up from $40 month. I recently saw my bill and Internet was $45 a month
