How do I cancel an item from my Target order?

You can request a cancellation depending on the status of items in the order.

Target app

  1. Select the order from your purchases in the mobile app to view order details.
  2. Select Cancel items. Please note the option to cancel items will only appear for items that have yet to process for shipping.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to cancel, then select a cancellation reason. These details help us find ways to improve your online shopping experience.
  4. Select Cancel items.

What is Target’s return policy for clothes?

Most unopened items sold by Target in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by Target have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Target policy board (refund exceptions), or in the item department.

How much is target delivery fee? orders over $35 or orders placed using a RedCard are eligible for free standard shipping. Orders under $35 that are placed without a RedCard will be charged a $5.99 flat fee for standard shipping.

Chris (re: Case 207624978) saved the chat for about 30 mins... on call with 2 other Target associates...still not resolved...But then there was Chris who fixed my issue promptly, and efficiently, with a great attitude...he saved my long-standing and good relationship with Target which was about fly right out the window. I didn't give up and thanks to Chris I still love Target...they are my go-to for almost everything. Thanks, Chris (he should be training all of their customer service reps)
