For me, this is the best prepaid wireless provider with unlimited international texting and phone calls to over 80 countries. Otherwise, it is almost identical to it's sister company, Mint Mobile, which is also owned by T-mobile.

I've had good luck with their wireless data, but it is deprioritized behind T-mobile users, which means that internet and VoLTE/Vo5G may not be available when the cell towers are busy.

Also, if you exceed your allotment of high-speed data for the month, data speeds are throttled for the rest of that month to essentially unusable speeds.

Try Ultra Mobile for a month first before you port your existing number to see if it works for you.
