How do I order online from Walmart?
Create or sign into your Walmart.com account.
- Find the item(s) you wish to order using the Search bar or select a department from the navigation box on the left side of the home screen
- Add your item(s) to the cart
- From your cart you can edit item quantities, remove items, or save them for a future purchase
- When you’re satisfied with the items in your cart, select Check Out
Select a saved shipping address or add a new address
- Choose the shipping speed for your items based on the arrival dates shown
- Select or enter your preferred payment method
- Review and select Place Order to complete your order
Where is my order? / How do I track an order from Walmart?
You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Walmart.com. They send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
To track order on Walmart.com:
- Go to Walmart.com
- Select the avatar icon in the upper-right corner
- Select Track Orders
- If you’re not logged in or are tracking a guest order, enter the email address you used to submit your order and your order number.
- If you are already logged in to your Walmart.com account, this link routes you to your Purchase History page, where you can scroll to the order to track it.
To track order on Walmart app:
- Open the Walmart app
- Select Shop Walmart.com
- Select the menu button in the upper-left corner
- Locate Purchase History

How do I cancel or edit an order?
You can cancel your order while it’s still in a Processing status. Once the status changes to Shipped, the order can’t be canceled.
If the order or item is too far along to cancel, most items can be returned. Use these steps to see if the item or order is still in a Processing status and request a cancellation.
- In the upper-right corner of any Walmart.com page, click the Account icon.
- Select Track Order.
- Enter the email address used to place the order and the order number shown on your order confirmation email.
- Click Cancel next to the item you wish to attempt to cancel.
- If you do not see a Cancel button, it could be because your order is too far along to cancel or it’s being fulfilled by a Marketplace Seller. If you have the Contact Seller button, you can reach out to the seller to request cancellation.
