Awful. Flight overbooked. Staff completely stonewalled me at the gate and would not help at all, would not even give me directions out to main terminal. Chaotic, rude, expensive, disorganised and seemed to delight in upsetting me. I waited 2 hrs at gate, no help from staff at all. Once I said I am not happy and want to make a complaint, they completely ignored .e for the next 2 hrs. They gave illegal information regarding compensation process. They gave conflicting info between check in staff / gate staff and finally sky handling manager inthe terminal who was the only person who helped me or gave me the correct information.

Small leg room terrible food also amount and display. Staff do only the bare minimum. Not clean. Take off and landing seemed like they had flat tires so much noise and vibration.

THE WORST service ever. I have tried 4 times to get my flight booking straightened out and I get passed around - wait on hold. I have spent 3 hours with reps who DO NOT try to solve the problem.
