Where can I buy a car from Avis?

Cars are available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Jersey and Texas.

Can reservations be made if the credit card in profile is expired?

Yes. You can still make a reservation on Avis.com with an expired or cancelled credit card number, but you will need to provide a valid credit card at the time of rental.

How do I unlock my car?
  • Using the APP you tap on “My Car” at the bottom of the app.
  • Tap “Unlock” or “Lock”
  • Customer must enter their password or TouchID in order to flash the lights. This is the same password as avis.com

My wife is allergic to Pet Dander and Dust Mites. I had to switch hotels and needed a rental car at the last minute, because her Asthma was flared up. Ray Sula Lopez, Phoenix, AZ; went the extra mile to make sure my wife was in a extra clean car with leather seats, so her allergies would not get worse. He was extremely quick and helpful! Thank you very much!
