Service is okay, but trying to transfer service into or out of Boost is a huge pain, especially for those who were force migrated from another Sprint MVNO. Getting a port out pin is very time consumptive and cannot be done without speaking with a representative trying to push the $25 plan on you.

I have never in my life had the worst customer service in my life . I get an email says I have a 50 credit to use toward my bill. When my bill is due they turn me off I litterly first went to a boost store they said we can't help you call them I call them waited I swear an hour and twenty seven mins then I get an age t who asked me a bunch of things for 45 more mins then told me she was transferring me over to the dept that can credit my account put me on hold again for 58 mins then it hung up on me. I call back they are closed ! The service sucks can't get anyone who knows anything ever it's a joke!! Don't waste your money !
