Richard at the Geek Squad desk in the Daytona Beach Best Buy is a FANTASTIC young man. He assisted me and another lady at the same time today. He juggled his attention back and forth while he instructed us on what we should do. I had just purchased a Smart Watch and needed help setting it up and transferring my data to and from my cell phone. The other lady had her computer with her and she was having a problem with various apps. She had many questions. Richard NEVER LOST HIS PATIENCE with either of us old ladies.
