I noticed my Western Union rewards points that give me codes to reduce my fees have not been updated for months now. It has been an issue that has not been fixed or resolved.I called customer service to report the issue, the lady apologized and said she would forward the problem to the right department and they would get by to me by email. Let's hope so, meanwhile, she emailed me a promotional code to waive the fee. That was great customer service from the associate today. I hope my reward points get fixed soon.
