Dominion Power Customer Reviews
We've had service from Dominion Energy (formerly Virginia Power) for several decades, now. The continuity of service has not always been great--we once went six weeks without power following Hurricane Isabel--but in the past few years, they've become far more reliable. We usually have power restored within 24-48 hours.
I was promised that a supervisor would call me back yesterday…no show.
Today I went through the transfers, etc. again an was told that I could remain on the line for 5 to 10 minutes to speak to a supervisor. I again requested a call back and was told a supervisor “may” call me back!
