Rica to San Diego, CA. With a connection in Atlanta. My first flight was delayed and it caused me to miss my connecting flight. The frontier employee told me the next available flight was next day 24 hours away. They would not help with hotel voucher. Or any connections to avoid the long wait. The lack of support and help was a total let down. I showed up on time and had everything right on my side, but they did nothing to help me when their delay screwed up my itinerary. I ended up purchasing another ticket the next morning. Lost time and money. Would not use them again

Lost my luggage, then found it, sent to my house via Fed-Ex, received the luggage damaged with lost item ! then told Frontier Airline not responsible.
Chase Fed-Ex for damages and items missing, still waiting to get reimbursed
for the $55.00 charge I paid you !! for my luggage, was given $100.00 voucher that must be used to fly again WITH YOU !!! in 90 days !!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN'T EVEN SPELL CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE LET ALONE CUSTOMER RETENTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 confirmation numbers T9J48M & NB3T2G. I booked these flights for my sons. They were flying home to Phoenix on Frontier and I was flying home to Phoenix on American Airlines. The gate had closed early. The gate was not supposed to had closed until 9:41AM. However, when my sons arrived to the gate at 9:38AM the gate was closed. The gate agents were gone and the airplane had already started backing away. I believe this was a full flight and my son’s seats were given away, then after giving away my son’s seats the gate was closed. And this is why the gate was closed early. I had to purchase 2 last minute tickets on American Airlines because of what Frontier Airline’s gate agent did. The gate agent did not return to the gate until 9:43AM. And when she did return she was unprofessional.
