Southwest Airlines Customer Reviews

People are very nice on SW. Seating cramped, no decent foods. If you don't book to A, you get on & can't sit together, people savvy on the SW system hoard the good seats & act rude when you have no options. I don't like this system. No movies, just phone, "no decent snacks".(!) As in, somewhat healthy? I hated both of my flights, sorry to say. I don't want to fly again with them if I can help it. My worst flying experience.
