After an accident the local State Farm agent (Emily) in Hickory, North Carolina, was the very best person you could ask for after the trauma of an accident. She explained everything clearly, she made arrangements quickly, and she kept me informed every step of the way. I haven’t had an accident in decades (and hope I never do again), but if I do, I hope Emily is still there.
