USAA Customer Reviews
In the last year I’ve had two separate issues where I needed USAA’s help and both times they went above and beyond. In the first they covered a lot more of a car accident repair than I was expecting, even covering original parts. The appraisal process was quick and payment was seamless. More recently, I had filed an ACH dispute because a utility company had incorrectly taken withdrawals from my direct debit. USAA fully reimbursed me and declined my efforts to pay them back after the utility company, at the public service commission’s urging, eventually acknowledged their error and started to reimburse me. In each of these cases the USAA reps were courteous and informed.
Can never get an answer nor anyone to talk with by phone and chat. Terrible customer service. Terrible. After talking with representatives in the CEO office twice they never called backed with answers to my questions.
