I've waited 4 weeks for a very important package from DHL & have received 3 notices saying "attempted delivery, no one home". This is not true. I am home every day, all day. And I have cameras WITH MOTION ALERTS recording my driveway, my front door & every part of my home. No DHL anywhere at anytime has been anywhere near my home. However, I've had deliveries from FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS AND Pizza Hut...amazing how I can get a pizza delivered weekly but NOT my package. I've made several calls to several DHL centers & everyone keeps passing the buck & blame to somewhere else. As far as I can see from tracking the package has never even made it to my city, possibly not even to my state. It appears my package has never left MEMPHIS TN. Where they obviously dont want to do their jobs. I kept receiving messages giving a new time & date for delivery but no one ever showed. Just another message saying "NO ONE HOME" What a convenient excuse...except I WAS HOME. All day! Many of us were. Doing yard work all day. There are only 3 houses on my street. Big trucks are easy to spot. I made sure I updated my address. I put to plese call me if there was a problem finding me. But the pizza boy can find me so..... Call me if you even get to my city, I will come meet you to get the package. But just the same excuse, or lie about NO ONE HOME! Where is my package DHL? And who are these drivers lying about people not being home? This is a very important & personal package & I want to know where it is, who has it & why it was not delivered to me weeks ago. And not one attempt to contact me at all to explain what's going on. Like we are just supposed to give up, forget that there is a package out there somewhere that was supposed to be delivered promptly to me, a customer who trusted a company to be responsible, honest & forthcoming. None of which has happened. I see from the reveiws I'm not the only one this "NO ONE HOME" is happening to. Shame on you for doing this to people. Where is my package DHL? CHECK MEMPHIS TN DELIVERY CENTER! Something going on there besides work & someone needs to clean house. This package means a lot to me & I won't shut up until I have it.
UPDATE! I was just told since my package was "UNDELIVERABLE" That I have to drive 4 hours to Memphis TN to pick up & sign for my package that was supposed to be "DELIVERED" to me. This is unbelievable & unacceptable! Ive never seen anything like this. How is this company still in business?
