Same Day Delivery is an online service which allows online ordering and delivery of groceries directly to your home. A Personal Shopper will pick up the items you ordered and deliver them directly to your door within as little as 2 hours.
What is standard delivery?
Standard delivery items are brought to the address provided by the Member.
The item is unable to be brought over the threshold by the carrier.
How do I return a gift purchased on BJs.com?
If you have received an item as a gift, and would like to return it, please call 866-4BJS-WEB (866-425-7932) to arrange a return. You may also choose to return it in-club.
We are able to provide store credits for gift returns.
How do I make changes to my order?

Both IAN and PETER in the produce section went into the back area and brought out bulk carrots and bagged kale for me. They were very helpful, smiled easily and were great representatives of customer service.
