Amtrak Customer Reviews
The December 4 trip from Chatsworth to San Diego was met with a very rude Conductor. She was heavy set with dark hair and wore a jacket and conductor hat. I simply asked in a kind manner where the dining car as this was the first time I was on an Amtrak and met with a snarky response that if you go one way you’ll go off the train? What??? How rude!! She needs customer service training skills as it set the tone for the trip back. Get a grip lady, not everyone is aware of where they are when they get on the train and walk through cars to get where they can sit. A little more professionalism and kindness would have been appreciated and expected.
