Started service on August 1. Problems constantly. Prescriptions are canceled willy nilly. If I’m lucky, I get my meds in 3 weeks. Too long. They use USPS for delivery which is either tossed on my front porch, put in mailbox or canceled for incorrect address (which it is not). Call center is offshore and not properly trained. Will not be using AARP United Healthcare for my Drug Plan in 2024.
